I’ve been trying new foods as we near the warmer weather! By the way, I love Indian, Thai, and Chinese (favorites). It’s good to be adventurous with new healthy snacks and meals before beach weather. I’ve been trying to remember to eat at least a small something for breakfast like a banana, or a fresh protein smoothie (I’ve never been a breakfast person), a quick and easy lunch, and a salad for dinner. Mix it up with fun salads; Greek, garden, garlic and basil chicken, etc. All of my meals are very healthy and the perfect level of “filling”. One of my new favorite lunch discoveries that I would like to share with you is a tuna salad sandwich on a banana bread bagel.
- A banana bread bagel
- One 6oz can of white meat tuna in water (drained)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- A pinch of garlic salt
Enjoy! No need to use that whole bowlful on one sandwich. Save it for the next day 🙂 Lighter is always better! Love yas Xo
